Recently, our R& D team has excellent performance in optics camera Ines Mold, CD-R, and DVD Mold as well.

In order to provide high precision products and the best quailty services to our customers, we have set up facilities of precision measuring instruments, including the profile projectors, microscopes,2D CMM and 3D CMM. Meanwhile, our Quality Control (QC) Division executes rigorous inspection programs to ensure high quality of both raw material and semi-finished products. As well as our certificated measurement laboratory is formed to calibrate the inspection periodically.

To improve our capability on the quality control, we had adapted ourselves to the ISO 9000 Quality Management System since September of 1999. In April 2000, we obtained the certification from the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS). Hence the idea of "Best Quality and Customer First" in our priority has firmed.

Having equipped with the most advanced, high precision manufacturing facilities, we continuously integrate CAD / CAM techniques to our processes, to promote the production ability; especially in precision mold and components manufacturing. On the decrease of errors due to human factors, also accompany with a scheduled production plans carefully, what affects our production capability to reach a perfect status.
