Overview

  • A smart vision microscope (also named as CMM) is a device used in manufacturing and assembly processes to test a part or assembly against the design intent.
  • By precisely recording the X, and Y coordinates of the target, points are generated which can then be analyzed for the construction of features.
  • A smart vision microscope is a device for measuring the physical geometrical characteristics of an object.
  • This machine may be manually controlled by an operator or a computer.
  • Optical probes are lens-CCD-systems and / or laser probes instead of touching the material, which change CMMs to measuring microscopes or multi sensor measuring machines.
  • The image of the surface (captured by a contrast between black and white zones) will be shown.

3. Measuring Functions:

The multi-function MSU 3DPRO effects the 2D geometric measurement of Point, Line, Circle, Arc, Angle, Distance, Pitching, Alignment, and is acoompanied with the RS232 port.
