To ensure product quality and stability, the Quality Control Department of Chien Wei upholds the principle of “standing in the customer’s position and strictly controlling quality.” Every inspection process is carried out meticulously to ensure that products meet design drawings and technical specifications, helping customers remain worry-free in the marketplace.
To maintain product consistency and stability while driving continuous improvement, we have implemented the ISO 9000 Quality Management System and obtained ISO 9001 certification accredited by UKAS. Meanwhile, to enhance equipment safety and reliability, our vertical grinders, coordinate grinders/internal and external gear grinders, as well as 2D/3D measuring instruments, have all received CE certification.
In terms of measuring equipment, the company is equipped with a variety of high-precision instruments, including tool microscopes, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), collimators, roundness testers, surface roughness testers, and laser interferometers. Following the ISO 9001:2015 standard, we rigorously implement quality control at every stage—incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection—to ensure consistent and reliable product quality.
